Returns: We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase for a refund. To return an item, simply print and fill out the return form here or on the back of your original packing slip. If your return is for a defective item, please contact customer service before sending back your package for a return service label. For all normal returns and exchanges, simply ship the form, along with the product you wish to exchange, to the address listed below.
Note: Returns must be sent via UPS or FedEx for verified delivery. This will ensure a tracking number for a lost or delayed package in order to verify exchanges.

Backorders: We work hard to ensure prompt delivery of your order. However, if for some reason a specific product is on back order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to notify you of the delay. We will give you an estimated delivery date or allow you to change your order for an item that is currently in stock.
